CytoScan^™ Alk Phos Detection System

CytoScan™ Alk Phos Detection system allows for the demonstration of tissue antigens in paraffin embedded tissue, cryostat sections, cytosmears, and cell preparations. The sensitivity of the system allows for rapid staining procedures without compromises in the quality of stains. Alk Phos Detection Systems are suitable for use with mouse or rabbit primary antibodies. The kits are optimized for use with Cell Marque primary antibodies; however, they are universal kits and therefore will work equally as well with other vendors’ primary antibodies.

CytoScan™ Alk Phos Detection System Link contains biotinylated goat anti-mouse and goat anti-rabbit immunoglobulins. Alk. Phos. Streptavidin Detection System Label contains streptavidin conjugated to alkaline phosphatase. These reagents are diluted in phosphate buffered saline (PBS), pH 7.4 with 1% bovine serum albumin and preserved with a non- sodium azide antimicrobial.
